For many people, the problem of the existence of evil poses some serious and challenging questions, whether that evil is in the form of an arsonist starting wild fires which destroy homes and lives, or some other trial we have to endure. Is There Any Hope & Comfort?


 There is suffering in this world for both the non-Christian and the Christian. Christians are not exempt from trials, even extreme ones. Most likely, there were strong Christian believers whose houses were destroyed along with their unbelieving neighbors.
